* I saw this online and HAD to get it. I am a huge fan of p28's sliced bread and their white chocolate peanut butter spread. The only con I have is that its a bit pricey. I wouldn't get this often due to that, but once in a blue I will. It tastes just amazing and it has little pieces of white chocolate in the mix. It tastes just like a pancake would, but I would recommend one thing. You either go light light with the syrup or you just have it on the side as a dipping station. I found that it gets soggy really quick when loaded with syrup. Other than this, it was 5 stars on my book! Great job p28.

* While I normally don't bother leaving product reviews, in this new world (to me at least) of locating additional sources for higher protein other than shakes which I dislike, and within the fairly limited scope of what I am able to eat, I have read reviews and relied on them (most often with a good result). This pancake mix is absolutely delicious, and so very easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone whether or not the protein is a factor. I have it with a sugar free syrup, and greek yogurt (a major food group for me!) on the side. Just ate it for lunch in fact. Since I can eat only one at a time (1/4 cup of the mix), the great protein number is very helpful.
