To qualify for Netrition wholesale pricing the following conditions apply:
1. You must provide proof that you are a wholesaler/retailer in some form, whether by faxing or emailing a scanned copy of your business related certificate, web site address, etc. Our fax number is 1-518-456-9673.
2. The minimum order is $800 for wholesale pricing and you must maintain a $2000 per month average in sales. If you can not meet these minimums for wholesale pricing, you are still welcome to order at our regular website pricing, which offers a 5% discount off all orders of $200 or more.
3. Payment must be received before the order is shipped. Payment by Wire Transfer from your bank is required for a minimum of your first 3 wholesale orders with us. After 3 orders, payment by credit card may be accepted at Netrition's discretion.
4. Large quantities of single items may require additional lead time for your order. Due to certain international distribution limitations placed on us by some manufacturers, we may not be able to provide wholesale pricing on some brands that we carry. We'll let you know when you order if we can not provide the quantities ordered at discounted pricing.
5. All orders must be placed as you want them to be shipped - please do not place a large order and then ask us to split it up.
6. For shipping destinations within the 48 contiguous United States the actual shipping charges will be provided to you for acceptance after the order is placed ($5.99 flat rate shipping does not apply for orders receiving wholesale pricing). For all other shipping destinations, the actual shipping cost is charged. The shipping method can be selected from the shipping methods listed for you during the checkout process. If an alternative shipping method exists that is cheaper than what is presented online, we will contact you by email before processing your order.
7. Summertime shipping may require additional charges for thermal packaging for heat sensitive products where applicable.
8. Orders shipped to destinations outside the US will have to clear customs. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the necessary paperwork, documents, permits, etc... to clear customs in the destination country. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and we do not receive the package back, we will not issue you a refund. If we do receive the package back after being seized and the products are in perfect condition, we will credit you the product cost, but you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
9. You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your own country.
