However, these were the hardest and driest pork rinds Iíve ever had, so Iíd have to say that oven-baked is not for me. Also not for me was the flavor. I knew I was taking a big chance with blackberry flavored pork rinds, and now I know itís just not a good idea. May 13, 2019Reviewer: A guest* Oven Baked pork rinds are very dry and hard and they do not have much flavor. I almost died while trying to swallow such a dry snack. If you eat these make sure you have a drink close by.
