1 of 3 people found the following review helpfulApril 06, 2007Reviewer: Kevin in District of Columbia* I've said this before, but has ANYONE else noticed that about 95% of the pre workout formulas and NO "fat burning matrix" formulas contain one simple ingredient that may explain the "pump" you get?! Yep, caffeine. The 200mg in Anadrox is an awful lot; about 2 cups of coffee. Coffee is know to be thermogenic - or "the process through which our bodies generate heat and burn fat molecules." Funny, isn't it... that for substantially less money, you could buy two cups of coffee and probably closely duplicate the "burn" portion of Androx's "Pump & Burn."
*Incidentally, studies on lab rats have shown that EGCG, when administered orally, produces no benefits.
