Allulose is the best tasting sweetener out there (also doesn't affect blood sugar OR cause gas!). Add to the fact that these chips are 0 carb and low calorie is a dream come true, and they are less expensive per ounce than competing chips. Winner!

It tastes good on its own. The problem is that when you actually try to bake with it(Chocolate chip cookie for example,) it doesn't melt at all. It gets somewhat hard and chewy! Maybe I should melt it and then incorporate it into the batter.
These cookies are great! I get tired of having to bake every single treat in order to stay low carb/keto. They have the right amount of sweetness, not cloyingly sweet like other brands. They do not use mysterious "low glycemic monosacharaides" like other disreputable companies. KNOW uses allulose, the new darling of sugar substitutes. The FDA requires that allulose be listed as a sugar even though it functions more like a sugar alcohol so don't worry about the sugar count. They are very filling. I can only eat 1/2 cookie at a time.

These cookies are fantastic! I tried the quest cookies and thought I'd had to settle for that horrible aftertaste lingering in my mouth, but the double chocolate chip cookie was sooo good! It was like eating a real soft baked cookie( especially after the other brand) , there was no bitter aftertaste, just a feeling of satisfaction. Thanks Know better foods, I look forward to trying other flavors as well. Ummmm can't wait!

The double chocolate are delicious but the chocolate chip tastes much the same. The cinnamon was only okay and it was half the size of the others, so I won't be ordering those again. As tasty as these things are on a low carb diet, they're still full of empty calories. Better to save these for a rare treat.
FYI: not Keto friendly. Way too
many carbs per serving.
Doesn’t taste very good at all. The pancakes have a very gritty texture and cook unevenly. Cook on a lower heat in comparison to regular pancakes or you will burn the exterior before the interior cooks. But that aside the mix just doesn’t have a pleasant taste overall.
I have to agree with the other reviews. These are awful. You cannot cook them for even a portion of the suggested time. They literally turn into grainy, mushy pudding with cooking as long as suggested. They do not hold their shape at all. If you cook them for a very short time, they hold somewhat better, but then dissolve when attempting to mix them with any kind of sauce. I have even tried barely cooking them and using them cold in a pasta salad with hardly any oil/sauce as a last ditch effort when multiple other attempts at using them warm were a total bust. Still couldn't use them, although they did dissolve a little more slowly. They also have the weirdest after taste. Don't waste your money!!!!!!!
I really wanted to like this, however it has such a strong alcohol taste that I just couldn't like it. A 2 rating might be generous. My husband and I used this new product, along with Lakanto maple syrup, and our usual Mrs. Butterworth sugar free this morning on low carb waffles. Guess we both prefer the flavor of splenda sweetener, as neither one of us liked the allulose sweetener. Not sure what I'll do with a whole bottle of this, and I just hate to throw it away, but there's no way I will use this on either pancakes or waffles. Maybe using it as a flavoring in something that I can cook out the alcohol, like a pie or cake.
