  • For international shipping, please visit our International Shipping page.
  • We strive to ship most orders within one business day to get your products to you as soon as possible.
  • Our minimum order is $20. Domestic orders are shipped by FedEx Ground or USPS Priority in most cases. If you're shipping to destinations within the 48 contiguous United States and your order totals $99 or more after all discounts and coupons have been applied, you'll enjoy FREE shipping. For orders totaling under $99, a flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 will apply. If you want to check how long it will take for your package to arrive via FedEx or USPS from our warehouse in Albany, you can use this handy map to get an estimate.
  • Please note that orders that exclusively contain ready-to-drink items, such as Virgil Soda, cans or heavy bottles, or bread items, are not included in the "order totals $99 or more after all discounts and coupons have been applied" and do not qualify for free shipping.
  • We offer other shipping methods, such as UPS or FedEx Next-Day, Two-Day or Three-Day delivery, and USPS Priority or Express Mail. Shipping charges for these methods are based on the weight and destination of your order. To see all available shipping options and charges, simply enter your order online.
  • If you live in (or will be traveling through) the Albany, NY area, you can pick up your order at our office to save on shipping costs.
  • Orders placed on weekdays prior to 12:00 noon EST (9:00 AM PST) will usually go out the same day, provided there are no issues processing your payment or verifying your address.
  • Please note that FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please make sure to list a valid street address with your order or choose USPS Priority Mail for P.O. Box delivery.
  • For orders of $500 or more, Netrition requires a delivery signature to ensure secure receipt of your products. If you're not available during the day, consider delivery to your business address. You may opt to waive the signature requirement by emailing customer service before your order ships. Upon waiver, you absolve Netrition and the carrier of responsibility post-delivery. Note: Signature waivers cannot be applied once an item is in transit, and failing to waive it before shipment means bearing any return and reshipment shipping fees. You can download the pdf of the release from here.
  • If you're shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO locations, you'll pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Packages to these destinations are shipped via the US Postal Service's Priority Mail. When you enter your order into our online ordering process, it will compute the shipping charge for you.
  • For military locations (APO/FPO), in addition to the delivery time that it takes us to get it to your military post office (2-3 days), you will then have to wait for the military to deliver the package to your location. This could take days or weeks, and unfortunately, we cannot speed up this process. When indicating your shipping address, please note that "APO" or "FPO" will be your "City," "AA," "AE," or "AP" will be your "State," and your ZIP Code will begin with either 09, 34, or 96. Leave the "Country" as United States. You'll be presented with your Priority Mail shipping charge when you check out or view your shopping cart.
  • Please make sure to double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We will charge you an $18.00 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the information you provide us. If you provide us with an incorrect zip code or other addressing error, such as an incorrect or missing apartment number, you'll be charged the $18.00 fee, as the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
